It is aimed that VNH TRAINING shall become a prestigous and qualified training organisation, providing top class training service in the purpose of creating premium values for customers, We are committed to:
1. Strictly comply to regulations of the authority – CAAV
2. Effectively manage factors of hazard in order to prevent safety-loss occurences which can cause damage to people, facility and environment, assuring timely suitable planning which should be maintained to encounter in urgent situations.
3. Continuously improve quality of training services in order to make comfort to demands and expectations of customers. The Quality – Safety policy always assures VNH TRAINING a training organisation under strict management and control, consisting of both flight and ground training.
As for VNH TRAINING, inspections and audits from internal agency and the Authority CAAV is essential and compulsory. VNH TRAINING shall compliment the quality goal through routine affairs by waking awareness of each personnel: “Quality is responsibility of all staff”.
VNH TRAINING is the first organisation in Vietnam to be qualified ATO (H) level 1 by the CAAV.
