CFI Training

The course is geared for experienced pilots who have acquired comprehensive knowledge of flight theory and skillful flight competence to properly take the responsibility of a Flight instructor who mentors cadet pilots.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:

To register the training courses of VNH TRAINING, applicants shall meet the following requirements.

  • Minimum age:
    21
  • Health certificate:
    Valid, Type 1 approved by CAAV-certified medical examiner.
  • Academic level:
    CPL, ATPL, Teaching methodology certificate (which applicants can finish while attending the training course)
  • Languages:
    English fluency competence (at least ICAO level 4 or equivalent).
  • Experience:
    CPL or ATPL – with at least 250 accumulated flight hours. IR and MCC completed.
  • Personal identification papers and others:
    Passport, certification of police office or local authority and other related papers

TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Theory training
    Total duration: 125 hours.
    Written tests in compliance to the requirements of CAAV-assigned examiner.
  • Flight Training
    At least 30 flight hours, comprising regulated flight exercises.
  • Health Certificate
    Valid Type 1 approved by CAAV-certified medical examiner.
    Valid CAAV certificate of skill assessment
